Pag-Asa is a local grocery store located in Cochrane Alberta focused on supplying Filipino food and other related products. As a new business, they required a centrally located store front that would allow for good foot traffic and ample parking.

The previous tenant of the space was a real estate firm who occupied a double wide bay for many years. Hawi Construction was awarded the work to demolish the interior and convert the bay into two new lease spaces. With a limited timeline, Hawi Construction was able to complete the full demolition and start new construction in only 3-days. There were some significant upgrades required to bring the interior up to code, included upgrading the demising wall between bays 2-3, upgrading the wall penetrations to meet fire code and converting the space to allow for barrier free access all while causing minimal disruptions to the neighboring tenants.
